We offer generous credit terms; up to 40 days credit on all spend, including in store purchases as well as fuel. 

8. Monthly invoices and easily being able to track fuel consumption and spending

You’ll receive a monthly invoice and access to Z Business Online so you can see how much you’ve spent on fuel, and where you’ve spent it. It’s easy to run any fuel spend report whenever you want. Once you’ve clicked on the report you’d like to run, select your data ranges or other parameters depending on what you’d like. For example, you can generate a spend report by employee. If you need a report on a regular basis, you can also set up and manage automatic scheduled reports based on your business needs. 

If you have an active Xero subscription, you can use our integration with Xero to make accounting easy. The integration sends your Z Business invoice automatically to your Xero account.
