Choose your device

Z App is only available on Android or iPhone.

We've looked at other types of devices, like Windows phones, but we don't have any plans to develop an app for those platforms right now.

Updating the Z App

You can update Z App to the latest version by opening the app store on your phone and selecting to update it. Alternatively, simply select your type of phone from the links below and you'll be able to choose to update it from there.

Using fuel vouchers with promo codes in Z App is easy as. Just follow these steps to use fuel vouchers:

  1. Head to Z and fuel up
  2. Open Z App and select the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the home screen
  3. Select 'My vouchers' from the menu
  4. Enter your promo code or select voucher from the list and the QR code screen will appear
  5. Scan the QR code at counter instore to redeem

Using Z App

Here's how to get Z Rewards treats in Z App:

  1. Check your Z App is up-to-date and you’re connected to the internet.
  2. Open your Z App. Check your points balance and if you have 500 points or more, select the treat voucher you would like.
  3. Then just scan the barcode on your digital Z Rewards card in-store to get your treat - enjoy!
  4. The points used for your treat will automatically be deducted from your balance.

Here’s how to get fuel discounts in Z App:

  1. Check your Z App is up-to-date and you’re connected to the internet.
  2. Then just scan the barcode on your digital Z Rewards card in-store or at the pump to get your discount. You will automatically get your discount if you pay in app or pay by plate.

Can I pre-order a Z Rewards treat?

  1. Check your Z App is up-to-date and you’re connected to the internet.
  2. Open Z App and pre-order your coffee, pie or sausage roll.
  3. Z App will let you know when your treat is ready.
  4. Then just head in-store to pick up your treat.

Getting push notifications for promotions

We use push notifications to let you know about what's going on at Z, like discount days, special promotions, and the latest Z news. If you'd rather not hear from us, you can manage your notifications settings in the Z App.
